James brings close to 20 years’ global executive search and selection experience to his role as Partner for Gerard Daniels.
During his 8year tenure with the firm James has successfully led and executed many senior leadership assignments in Australia, New Zealand, the US, South Africa, Kenya, Ghana, France, Germany and the Middle East. Having also worked with the Firm’s Perth and Sydney practices, James now resides in London where he continues to support clients across a diverse range of industries and sectors.
To deliver successful search engagements James connects clients with a global network of exceptional commercial, finance and technology executives, with proven track records in driving sustainable growth and successful transformation.
James’ functional expertise includes working with listed, private and private equity backed clients advising on appointments for CFO, senior level finance, digital transformation, risk and audit, investor relations and corporate and business development. He also advises clients on mergers and acquisitions and leadership succession planning.
James approaches his work in an honest and open advisory style, with a commitment to swiftly and diligently deliver successful outcomes.
