Charmaine re-joined Gerard Daniels in August 2026, after taking some time away to broaden her skills and experience.
As Executive Assistant to our CEO and key senior leaders, Charmaine ensures the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of our Sydney practice. She draws on strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills to maintain engagement and build relationships – internally and with clients and business partners.
Prior to re-joining the Firm, Charmaine worked as a Governance Officer for a member-owned Australian payment services provider, offering administrative and scheduling assistance to the Board and supporting ongoing governance-related projects. She has also performed a variety of roles in practice and account management, equipping her with the diverse operational and client facing experience that she needs to perform effectively in her current role.
Naturally tenacious and proactive in her approach, Charmaine enjoys project management, change management and has a keen interest in finding new efficiencies through process design and implementation. She builds rapport with ease, takes pride in her attention to detail and enjoys providing a high level of service – demonstrated by being awarded a CEO Award for Excellence.
Charmaine’s return to Gerard Daniels proves that she is a good fit for the firm, where she feels part of a culture built on trust, flexibility and opportunities to learn and grow. “No two days are the same in this busy and challenging role, which brings the best of working autonomously and as part of a close knit team,” she says.
