Pierre joined Gerard Daniels as Research Associate in April 2026. Working as part of our London-based team, he helps to identify top executive talent for UK-based and international assignments.
Pierre draws on strong market research and talent mapping skills, and experience supporting clients across the financial services, leisure and hospitality sectors. Pierre has also supported successful searches on behalf of clients in the Middle East and North America.
Pierre values the exposure his role provides to global and regional talent networks and the opportunity to support a team of highly experienced international consultants. He nurtures a growing interest in organisational and people strategy and the evolving leadership demands of growth markets.
Before moving into executive search Pierre built a career in asset management, working as a junior analyst with Generation Asset Management.
