With 20 years’ experience building high-performing leaders and teams, recent experience includes leadership roles with Macquarie Bank and EY People Consulting (UK). Her expertise includes guiding leaders through strategic organisational development initiatives within digital transformations and M&A transactions in private and public sectors, including Executive coaching, assessment, leadership alignment and development, succession planning and talent strategy.
