The Board of Gerard Daniels is pleased to announce the appointment of Warren Rushbrook as its Chief Executive Officer, effective September 22, 2025. With over 25 years international experience across the UK, the Middle East and Australia, Warren’s appointment builds on Gerard Daniels’ 40 years of distinguished service to global businesses across Asia Pacific, the EMEA and the Americas.
Warren brings outstanding international experience in Executive Search and business consulting and significant sector expertise in industrials, infrastructure, natural resources and renewables. He will be key in leading major initiatives, including significantly expanding Gerard Daniels’ growing Middle East business and the extension of its global partnerships.
Reflecting on his recent appointment, Warren stated:

Founding Directors Lloyd Smith and Michael McAnearney are excited to support Warren’s vision for the company’s next chapter as they transition to non-executive roles on the Board of Gerard Daniels.
