On Monday April 4, 2022, Barry Bloch joins global executive search firm Gerard Daniels as Global Partner, Board and Executive Leadership.
Barry has over 30 years of experience across the people, leadership, culture and talent arenas. In his new role he brings a wealth of experience in board leadership and effectiveness; CEO succession and onboarding; executive and non-executive facilitation, development and coaching; and executive team formation.
Having worked across many industries Barry has in-depth knowledge of supporting clients in agribusiness, banking, education, healthcare, insurance, manufacturing, mining, not-for-profit, oil and gas, transportation, travel and tourism.
Barry has previously been an Executive and Non-Executive leader and adviser for several listed, for-profit private and for-purpose organisations. Barry recently worked as Head of Organisational Transformation at Monash Health, Victoria’s largest public health service, and has held client-facing roles in leading global professional services firms McKinsey & Company and PwC.

Barry holds first class Bachelors, Honours and Master's degrees in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from the University of Cape Town. He has previously been registered as an Industrial and Organisational Psychologist in Australia, South Africa and the United Kingdom and is on the Board of the Society for Industrial and Organisational Psychologists Australia (SIOPA).
