Holly is an experienced and talented senior researcher with 8 years’ experience working in executive search. She brings a wealth of experience specialising in board consulting, policy and executive search, and broad experience gained from working in government, education, corporate, and not-for-profit sectors.
Holly began her career in the political arena, which provided a solid foundation in policy analysis, excellent written and strategic stakeholder engagement skills.
Prior to joining Gerard Daniels she spent time as Manager of Government Relations for Curtin University and also served as Manager, Policy and External Relations at the Committee for Perth, an independent think tank representing the business sector within the Perth metropolitan region.
As a member of the Gerard Daniels international research team, Holly has successfully delivered on many projects at C- Suite, Board and senior technical levels, sourced through local, national and international markets. Clients and candidates benefit from her broad sector experience and diversified skill set, strong problem solving ability and positive energy.
Being part of a values-driven organisation with a genuine team ethos is important to Holly. She also enjoys the diversity that comes with working across the breadth of sectors and clients that Gerard Daniels supports.
- Very early in Holly’s political career she travelled the Western Dessert with the Senator for Western Australia, Michael Beahan scrutineering during the 1992 WA State Election campaign. Holly also worked for the Hon Gary Gray, National Secretary of the Australian Labour Party in Canberra for three years.
- Although a little rusty, Holly has a good working knowledge of French and plans to build on this in coming years.
